   To get your SS and insulin, diagnosis date, etc. into your signature, go to "Profile" at the top of the page. Click on "Edit Profile". Then go to "Personal" There's a Signature box down a little ways in the options |

what do I do after I get to signature and I don't see optiions

You just have to try to remember the facts you want to add, and get your link from your spreadsheet to copy/paste
After you enter the information you want in the Signature Box, you scroll to the bottom of the page and "Save Personal Settings"
I can try to see if I can get some pictures posted if it'd help (Still learning how to use this Forum too)

You just have to type in the information you want in the signature. I don't remember exactly what I had in the signature box on the other board, so I was winging it   |
